1. That was a deserved and easy won, we all predicted that. 2. The Dutch didnt dive, Latvian was quite rough, so in a way the Dutch had to protect themselves, we all know how hard it is to play against those who play less football (no disrespect to the Latvian though). 3. Robben was a beast

Even in world cup robben is the best player of the tournament, who deserves a golden boot, cheat FIFA given that to messi, who is not at all deserved to get it .................... poor robbin....

I'll say it to the day I die. Robben deserved the Ballon d'Or in 2010! He took Bayern Munich to the Champions league final BY HIMSELF! Go back and look at Bayern's raod to the final in 2010 all on Robben's individual goals, specially the goal of the year wonder strike he had against Fiorentina. Then was an intricate part of the Netherlands squad that played Spain in the world cup final. He played in the 2 biggest games a player can ever wish to play in, in the same year!!! Messi didn't reach not even ONE final that year lol

I am astonished that people have the nerve to say Robben and his teammates "dived" during the match. If anyone actually watched the damn game, those Latvian players spend the entire 90 minutes rugby tackling the Dutch (Bruma's bleeding face and Blind's knee injury). I have nothing against Latvia, but I am getting really sick and tired of the amount of hate the Netherlands is facing.

No hate from here. I've always liked the Dutch way of playing. I would have loved to have seen them in the WC final this summer. GER-NED would have been an incredible spectacle.
