Only if it wasn't an offside at the beginning, that bicycle shot would have been a superb strike...

Arsenal knew that the Ispwich would not be the same as what they did against Chelsea and the Gunners were visitors. One could find the evidence in Chelsea's performance contrasting performance in their 1st 6 EPL matches and last 7 EPL matches. Basically, Ispwich played superbly well and the Gunners were below par. Apparently, AW and his men wanted to win the matches therefore u saw many 1st liners were in the lin-up but u would never had the mind that u had Fabregas & Walcott in the match together with AA, Bendtner and Chamakh that u are sure to play superb football. Chamakh & Bentner combination could not work well with Fabregas & Walcott and the result is that: All suck! Again, it is your back yard that u should guard properly and the Gunners defence is so suck that the opponents could easily exploit and the imporvement is little this year. Getting the defenders to launch or build up the attacks is not what the Gunners are comfortable and they paid the price for repeating the mistake. HOPE they LEARN! Carling Cup semi-final is a 2-leg fixtures and with the return leg at Emirates stadium that I believe the Gunners can pull through. The main worry for the Gunners are the matches they have to play in Jan to 1st week of Feb and they are as follows; 12 Jan - away to Ispwich (Carling Cup semi-finals 1st leg) and already lost 1-0. 15 Jan - away to West Ham (EPL tie) 19 Jan - away to Leeds (FA Cup 3rd rd replay) 22 Jan - Home vs Wigan (EPL tie) 25 Jan - Home vs Ispwich (Carling Cup semi-finals 2nd leg) 29 Jan - Home vs HUdderfield (FA Cup 4th rd if Arsenal beat Leed in 3rd rd replay) 1 Feb - Home vs Eventon (EPL tie) 5 Feb - Away to Newcastle (EPL tie) Altogehter 8 matches in 25 days and they have played a match every 3 days.

exactly, bendtner / theo / arshavin were making half runs all match. Normally, nasri / RVP / Chamakh, keep getting on the end of em, and getting chances. They will keep their run until the opportunity is full gones, as they know fab will pick em out.

Taking Roy Keane as a manager was really bad decision for Ipswich Town, lucky they sacked him.He is too young to be a manager and his fellow teamates still playing football...I don't understand our English clubs and their owners.

Fabregas is really wasting his talent all these perfect pass he made for nothing..

1) this wasn't the best team arsenal could play think about the players who never started : Fabianksi, clichy, dagna, Vermaelan, song, Nasri, Van Persie. 2) arshavin, walcott, bendtner lack creativity. bendtner - just sh*t Arshavin/walcott - only play good when nasri is there, as he switches puts doubt into full backs mind. Walcott - he is fast... what use is that when u cant f***ing shoot straight and get a goal. He has 10 shots a match and most of the time fails to get one in. Nasri/arshavin may be slows, but at least they'll finish. 3)Nasri WILL play next leg, he will score one man goals if the others arent up to it, if they are we should sail through. 4)Fabregas was not getting a pass straight, why? coz wingers were halfway through a run and stopped? Fab nees RVP and nasri, and then all 3 play at their best.

its not their first team.... "1) this wasn’t the best team arsenal could play think about the players who never started : Fabianksi, clichy, sagna, Vermaelan, song, Nasri, Van Persie." and btw, just because you have seen the same youngsters over and over again, doesn't mean they 1st team players. 2years ago it was :"who is - wilshere/ gibbs /vela / bentner /denilson" Now because u've seen em in carling cup, u think theyre our best players?

its not your best team but it has a lot of your first choice players because it is definitely not your reserves team....looks like you need your best team to beat ipswich

we'll see come the game at the emirates, we WILL win. Its just a matter of how easy it will be. If the same team, we maybe scrape it. If Nasri/ RVP play it'll be around 7-0 like chelsea did.
