How the fuck are Barcelona still in with a chance at the title ? I thought this would be their worst season in years. But if they beat Atletico madrid next week then they are the champions. simple as that ! Unbelievable La Liga race this season. Premier League and La liga are the two most exciting league in the world. Probably the 2 most watched and most followed as well. Forget that Bayerndesliga league !!

Final at Nou Camp! La Liga was never so excited like this!!!

King Thierry+Henry 12 years ago

Your hate for the English league is quite simply pathetic. Don't be jealous because Serie A have inferior world wide media coverage. Don't be envious that outside of Italy, nobody has any interest in watching Serie A matches. EPL was only won today, just as La Liga will be won next week on the final day. What constitutes 'exciting league' if not that ? 2 English teams have over 100 league goals this season. The excitements, the dramas, The high tempo, and the rip-roaring stadiums atmosphere, and not forgetting the pre-match pettifoggery, That's what makes our league what it is. Atletico Madrid have done tremendously well to outperformed the likes of Real Madrid and Barcelona throughout the season thus ensuring it goes down to the final match. EPL < Serie A . Now trot on loser

We'll need to be sharper and more ruthless in finishing next week. Prize is right there but with Atleti needing only a draw and with their tight defense, we'll need to bring a better game to the Camp Nou. Come on Barca, every fan is with you. Show what you can do and beat Atleti for the title!

Get back in form, Barcelona players! We're ready to celebrate with you next week! Win or lose, it doesn't matter. As long as you guys put on a top notch performance! Visca Barca! Viva Barca! Forca Barca!

I would rather be disappointed on our performance than go gaga over Real's loss. I know Real's loss helped us stay on course to win the title but next week Real's win or loss would make no difference to us. I hope barca wins the final game against Atletico Madrid.Visca el Barca

Guys can someone who has watched almost all the barcelona games please tell me if you have noticed that messi has been a bit off on his finishing all season long!? I mean give messi the same chances this game LAST SEASON and he would have scored easily. Something seems off...

I think this has a lot to do with many defenses figuring out how to park the bus properly and crowd his usual lanes. A lot more of his shots are from distance with tons of people in the box to deflect or block them. Also the speed and accuracy of the passing to and by him has been down this year. Less penetration, tighter spaces, recovery from injury, and maybe him saving himself for the World Cup.

I Agree with SheenaTL. In addition, Tata is new to Barca's system. Last season Messi was playing in system arranged by Pep and Tito. I feel this season he is getting less support. For instance, for him to make run from right down to middle of the box, he needs at least two Barca players crossing in front of him to distract the defense, but I see less of that movement from the team.

yeah you guys are right. I really hope he gets back to his old self. Every game i watched last season I just knew messi would do something magical. I know he did great this season with the hat trick against Madrid and all, but i hope he gets back to his perfect form, especially for the world cup.

Does Barcelona really want La Liga this year??? I mean, you got plenty of chances to seal it and you've thrown it away

So sad, when Real ties and loses a game and athletico also tieng their game, Barcelona does not capitalize on it and instead also draws.

but but it's Neymar's fault. We should put in Pedro and Alexis Sanchez...they are the real...yea. This team is crap. Sanchez has no eye for goal. A clinical finisher would have had 30+ goals with the service he got this season.

With this kind of play, the trophy will simply be for ATM which I hate the most. No Barca player has passion to win the title. Just five words to say "This Barca team is sucked."

CamrenCrew 12 years ago

Well to be grammatically correct, you just need 4 words: This Barca team sucks. Now where have you been for the past few years to judge the team now?

TR 12 years ago

CamrenCrew, he/she/it is not grammatically incorrect. By structuring the sentence in this manner (subject + "to be" verb + past participle), he/she/it refers to an action that has happened at an unspecified time before now. Have you never heard of the present perfect tense? ...now, its convenience is debatable (in my opinion not appropriate), but that does now make it grammatically incorrect.

tbh I blame the players more than the manager... No one seemed to give a f*** about the results for the past month ... look at the way we play now; even today Alexis and Adriano were the only players giving a damn about it ...
