The red card could be discussed, and the challenge from Anita was definitely to a big red card. Anzhi deserved to win.

Anzhi were the better team in the first half, but Newcastle were better in the 2nd half (even before the red card). The red card was Gonzales' own fault... stupid tackle having just been booked.Anita should have been sent off.

Its impossible because Ba's already cup tied with Newcastle this season's Europa leagueso, Chelsea only have Torres as the option in the striker position..

Good that Ba left newcastle, when he was there, cisse has to play out of position and Ba doesnt want to compromise. It will be good to give cisse a chance to play his preferred position and the january signings provide more pace and penetration in the attack. Gogo magpies!!

Demba Ba is a forgotten chapter now, let him warm the bench at chelsea, it seems that is what he wanted, so sad.. waste of pure striking talent. Lucky for us, the best senegalese striker remains with us, cisse just needs to control his temper, i am a little worried for him at the moment, seeing those things he has done in the last few matches, seems to boil up quite easy. Calm down boy, and just make goals. Peace

Cabaye,Marveaux,Sissoko,Gouffran, Maybe even Anita? And dont get me started on the injury list. We have lots, but we still need to sharpen our tactics, pardew has started slowly to learn, but he has a long way, give it a few years, if he remains manager, he has the potential, to step out of that puppet role he has been in until now, and wait and see what happens. He has shown great talent in looking for improvenments for the team. Just look at Mbiwa, god damn..And Haidara..Wow..

Demba Ba was a star at newcastle, we miss him(as the player he was last season) we certainly dont miss the humbug that wanted more money after half a season through. Glad we got rid of him. Cisse is just as good, and a better team player(which Ba Never was) sadly for him. I wish him all the best at Chelski though, great striker, he deserves every grade of glory.
