Where's Hungarian defense, where's their goal keeper ? It's not so much the Netherlands that was so good, but the Hugary that was VERY poor.

ibra 13 years ago

hungary was too bad or holland was too good?

RVP WILL SCORE HAT-TRICKS every week if he has such assists as Robben, lens etc..His form was not so top in man utd lately but it's also due to lack of good crosses..

rob 13 years ago

did you ONLY pay attention to the normal service he was getting, and not Hungary's awful defending? in fact every goal scored was down to atrocious defending and positional marking. van persie is the master of scoring against minnows. pretty much his entire portfolio of goals for nederlands is dominated by them being against countries like hungary, estonia, malta, findland, iceland etc. watch the video again, and see if such shambolic defending would be acceptable in the premier league, or in fact any top league.

if you get sneijder to play with him he'll score 5 goals a game from his assists
