Share your favorite photo picturing a player of your club, add some background to it to make it more enjoyable for other fans who may not know about it.

Here's mine :

Zanetti and Materazzi fighting over henry's shirt after arsenal beat them 5-1 and became the first english team to win at the san siro during the CL group stage. Inter had beaten Arsenal 3-0 at Highbury, and Arsenal needed a win to qualify for the knock out stage. Henry scored 2 goals, one that is just legendary (see video below if interested), and gave 2 assists. That was the 2003-2004 season, the year of the invincibles, and at that time, Henry was surely the best striker or even the best player in the world. He got 39 goals and 13 assists that season in all competitions.

2002 Champions League winners. Fernando Hierro and Raul lift our trophy, along with a 21 year-old Iker Casillas.

@KH I still remember that commentary "You always got a chance when you got Thierry Henry in your team"

There must be so many pictures I just can't remember now but here's some.

Not big background story, but two players I REALLY admire. This was when Henry came to Arsenal on loan and they played vs. Zlatan's AC Milan in UCL round of 16, the game ended 4-0 to AC Milan, I was really sad, but atleast this made me smile. I also remember reading from Zlatan's book that they were friends in Barcelona.

Well, that comeback goal.

Wenger in huge pressure, when Arsenal was playing last game of the season. They had to win in order to getting to UCL next season.

Bergkamp scoring probably the greatest goal in BPL. (Well in my opinion)

One of the saddest moment in the 2000s football. (again, in my opinion:P)

This pic is just unbelievable. 5 players trying to get something from Ronaldinho.. Absolute legend.

  1. After this two moments I had feeling it is our destiny to win CL

  1. Fernando Torres first goal vs West ham and most memorable goal for Chelsea vs Barcelona

@tiki meh I genuinely wanted people to share cool pictures. I don't care about the 6-0 by the way, we won the FA cup, you won nothing. Our season was better than yours.

@KingHenry

Not really. They came 3rd in the league and went reached the semis of the CL. I'd rather have a semi-final CL run than win the FA Cup, because a deep run in the Champions League is more indicative of team quality than winning a match against Hull City in extra time.

^ It's all arguable.
However, when a Chelsea fan thinks that's the greatest they've ever been he's either a very bad fan or a very new one.
