This is fairly solid, proportionally, I'd say. (though yes, Neymar is way overpriced)

@GunnerAFC and Lodatz

Yes it is, but his price inflation comes from 3 huge factors.

  1. His incredible marketability. He's the second most marketable footballer in the world at the moment, behind David Beckham.

  2. His high wages. I've heard that he's being paid a ridiculous amount by Santos, and that this is the main reason he's not been dragged into Europe yet.

  3. Ridiculous bids. Have you heard the rumors? Bayern want to bid 86 Mil Pounds on this kid. The higher you bid, the more his price increases.

Oh, sure. For my part, I meant he is over-priced in real life, not on the list.

Aguero? Really? And Neymar?

I think you are wrong.. I was looking at Falcaos profile and he was worth 60 million euros

@rama

He is worth 60 Mil. It's what I posted here. ^^

I find Aguero to be worthy of the list. His contract is lengthy, he's very high-paid, rather young (24), experienced, and a qualified game-winner (he won the EPL title for City last year with a 90th minute strike). I think it's fair to have him on the list.

I think one of the Russian clubs tried to buy Messi for 250m, but were turned down.

How is that RVP's price nearly doubled?

Pounds to Euros, raimondo.

He was transferred for close to 30m pounds, which is about 45m euros.

@Tacuachillo

No, Messi gets paid more than Ronaldo. I believe Ronaldo's wages are 275,000 Euros a week, and Messi's are somewhere in the 300 - 325,000 Euros a week zone.

I think Messi should be at least 150.

I also think Ribery deserves a spot in the top 10..

To me, Neymar, RVP, and Cavani are overpriced.
