Don't rule out Portugal and Ronaldo so fast mate. They had to be beaten by Spain in a penalty shoot-out in the EURO's last time. And they also hammered Spain 5-0 two years ago in a friendly.

True, ronaldo is in an amazing form, but he seems lonely in Portugal attack. i see Germany or Argentina win imo.

everybody wants to win, Brazil because they will play at home. Spain of course to be the greatest team ever. Argentina wants Messi to win it. other europeen teams are in great shape... everything could happen.

agree with Dynastian I would place Portugal instead of Netherlands. I wish Brazil to win this one but who knows it's still more than one year to go. If it will be just possible to go there and watch Brazil play!

I hope Argentina takes it but I honestly can't see them passing semifinals (if they even get that far). Spain is always one of the favorites, despite their recent hiccup.

@quikzyyy one of the perks of living in Argentina is the 4 hour plane ride to brazil ;) If I'm lucky I will attend a few games since I have family currently in Brazil.

I don't know why you rule out Portugal, tiki_taka. Whether it's our little impressive groups stage results, or maybe if it's our lack of attacking force up front apart from Ronaldo and Nani, I don't know. However, when those two have their day (like they had against e.g. Netherlands in the Euros), that's more than enough, and again, like Dynastian said, we actually were the hardest opponent for Spain in the Euros. Still mad about that penalty shoot-out.

But, to answer your question, the one to take it will either be Brazil, Argentina or Germany if you ask me.

@Don I got goosebumps watching this, this was the face of Brazil, Ronaldo, Ronaldlinho, Rivaldo they were playing the most beautiful football, I miss that Brazil.
