whats the point of advancing to the knockout stage, just for the sake of handsome bonus. we surely not gonna win the champions league with this squad . we dont intend to improve or build our squad over the summers so whats the point of collecting all this money. we will have an average season and BODs will still be happy with the clubs return on equity and profitability. its only the fans that suffers . been the same story over and over

Why would the players Arsenal is probably targeting want to join a club that can't even get out of the group stage? It's a serious question, and one Manchester United and Liverpool have both had to face recently. As a fan of one of those teams, I can tell you it's not a good situation.

you have to face the reality. with this limited fragile squad you cannot go out with full throttle in every competition. best bet for arsenal now is to focus on the premierleague. our squad with all these injuries is not good enough to challenge for the championsleague glory. only if wenger could have worked on to strengthen the squad in the summer with atleast quality bench players. despite of failures in recent times , united and liverpool have build a decent squad to run good all season long.

He has a point . I propose Arsenal staying out of CL for next season too . Wenger is not buying anymore so it will be wise to use the squad for Premier league only .

guys.. 1 quick question.. group E, B.Leverkusen havethe same point as Roma and a higher GD than Roma but y did roma qualify instead of them? is it because head to head stas between them favors Roma? im a bit confused..

Of course it is! I mean you should know it considering we dealt with the same issue this game. 0-1 or 1-2 was never enough for us in the last Olympiacos game eventhough we had much better goal difference. We had to win 0-2 or 2-3 to go through
