Besides his poor form there is also 1 vital detail.
Hazard is not just suffering in his form and maybe because he is unhappy with Chelsea. It pains me to say it but tiki_taka said previously many times for many players that have great seasons but suddenly they do not perform that well. If you keep improving to a point to be considered among your leagues highest attacking threats[Last year not this year] you will get a bit more famous in the world of bootball, that leads to managers of the opposing teams to prepare their defenders specially for you, to stalk your game and them to try to find the best way to stop you either by putting 1 extra defender on you or play a more defensive football based on counter attacking due to your dribbling ability etc. If a move to another club would make him happier I would be happy for him and my club as well. We can sell for a big price due to his 5 years contract and potential to be an amazing player and get a new one or a better one or a worse one[yes this can happen too]. I don't think he will make a big comeback this season, personally I believe he will slowly improve his game match by match but not even reach close to his last season form but I honestly hope he proves me so awfully wrong in a way to feel embarrassed about typing this the 1st place :).

A player of his quality, he must come back soon. I fear he's gonna be one of this player that was really good and just extinguished.
Maybe he's just unhappy at Chelsea like Mourinho said. A swap with him and Kroos would be great.

Haha, but no. Kroos is considerably better than Hazard, certainly at the moment. He's also one of the few midfielders in the entire world who is "complete" in the very essence of the word. There's no way anyone with half a brain would switch Kroos for Hazard. Bayern have already made a massive mistake in selling him, and I don't see Madrid doing the same.

@ Dynastian98 I said that because Kroos wasn't getting much playing time and wasn't happy about that. But with Coach Zidane now, that's gonna change. "Anyone with half a brain." Funny.

It is not accident seeing Hazard lost. He probably faces some problems at the dressing room or injury.
The title of Premier League Best Player pushes him to the summit of pressure, poor guy.
I hope him to sign the other team, Real Madrid, is not doubt that will be the best place to him for replacing of CR7, if that is impossible.
The news has released the information so it is in considering.
Hazard is finding more potential good signs
He has not scored in 21 games this season (this stat may be a little off but my point is that he is struggling at the moment) and has seemed lost at times for Chelsea.
