What are your thoughts of Seedorf as the new manager of Milan

Has been given too big of a task? And most importantly, can he control Balotelli? Discuss.

1st Dutch coach in Italy. He has no managerial experience but unlimited playing experience. Milan players look up to him and will fight for him. Seedorf confirms he will be playing the attacking 4-2-3-1 formation. It is looking quite positive.
As an Interisti, I have a lot of respect for Seedorf. We made a big mistake to sell him and Pirlo. Oh well, such is life.

^ It's strange alright. Il Professore (The Professor) is more respectable for a legendary player like Seedorf.

^With all the greatest deference & respect to Seedorf (who I absolutely adored watching as a player) THERE IS ONLY ONE PROFESSOR IN FOOTBALL!

i think it's too early to speak, there are people screaming and running around like it's all solved. it's not.
but i am happy that we got him earlier, it was all planned since 2 years ago, Berlusconi promised him he'd be the next ACM coach after Allegri. let's not forget that people like Sacchi and Capello were handpicked by Berlusconi when they didn't have any experience too. for how much i hate Berlusconi, it's undeniable that the man is a genius.

one thing is sure: if B would not start to invest again, Seedorf would not accept. if he's in Milan it means that ACM
is gonna get big again in the near future. Seedorf is a winner, with all the love he has for ACM, he'd not ruin himself coming in a club which has no intention to go back at the top.

speaking about managing the team... for sure he is 10 times better than Allegri. in 1 day he undersood what Allegri couldn't understand in his whole career at Milan: with these players 4-2-3-1 is best.

Seedorf teaches football, literally. watching his first training sessions you can already see the difference, he already has his ideas, and he's starting to bring the players into it. big changes are coming, the training methods are completely different. on top of that, he's intelligent, knows how to deal with the psychological aspect of the dressing room and single players. while they train he often stops the session to explain stuff, to make players see and understand what kind of mistakes they make. never saw Allegri doing that.

about Balo, it's known that Berlusconi doesn't really like him as a man (look who's talking), so often it is said that he'll kick Balo out of ACM at some point. hopefully Seedorf will change that. and btw what are we talking about?
Balotelli is a really nice bloke, it's the media who put a lot of sh*t on him, giving a totally wrong impression to the public opinion. what has done this poor fella to get all this trash is beyond me. jesus there are people who did lot worst and never got all this attention. Suarez biting players, and let's not talk about Tevez... what has Mario done?

@messi6511:
lol what's the problem? it's hilarious! oh wait... don't tell me you see racism into it -.-

Hes an amateur he has absolutley no experience in managing a football club. Milan must be drunk while signing him :D

I have no idea how it will go, but I liked Seedorf a lot when he played so it's good to see him involved in top level football again. Good luck to Milan and to him.

Same as Rijkaard , he had no experience but did so well with Barca.

He knows Milan like the back of his hand, but his lack of managerial experience might be his downfall.

Too soon. He should have spent time with their youth team or in a lower league until he was ready to gamble his entire managerial future upon steadying this sinking ship.

Poor Clarence.
