Hey guys,

I have read through old posts from 4+ years ago and tried to figure out why video playback is not working, but I have had no success.

When I go to footy1.matchat.online/ to play a video all I get is a white screen. I have updated flash players, and tried all browsers.

Weird thing is it used to work. Something changed in last few months I think.

Any ideas?

Can you also do the following:

1. Open Chrome browser and then open a new tab.
2. Click F12 button to open DevTools.
3. Go to ‘Network’ tab.
4. Go to footy1.matchat.online/embed/RhHNO4gMEs in that tab (paste the link, don't click on it here).
5. After page had done loading, select all lines in Network tab (shift key + mouse left click).
6. Right click on the last line and chose Copy > Copy all as HAR
7. Go to https://pastebin.com and paste your copied code there.
8. Share the link to your pastebin with us.

I did the following 8 steps and pasted into pastebit.com. Good luck.

That looks really strange. In your console log there are messages from multiple pages. Can you please try same link from another device on the same network? Maybe your phone or another computer.

I'm having the same problem.

Very hard to debug this. Can you try this:

1. Use your friends device on the same network.
2. Use your own device on another network (4G, another WIFI, etc)
3. Use your own device through VPN (https://free.nordvpn.com/).

Does the problem persist in all cases?

I have a solution to the problem.

When you click on the video to watch highlights such as Liverpool 0 - 0 Man City: https://footy1.matchat.online/embed/GzK42VuMVb

1) Where it says footy1 in sublink replace with mscom1
2) Should look like this to open: https://mscom1.matchat.online/embed/GzK42VuMVb

That is from Gennady's post and it has been working for all the different matches as well until they can fix problem.

Thanks @Ledley. I know the trick but I still posted that I'm having the same problem because I want the mods to know there're more users who've been experiencing it.

Issue should be resolved from now on.
