Hey guys,

I have read through old posts from 4+ years ago and tried to figure out why video playback is not working, but I have had no success.

When I go to footy1.matchat.online/ to play a video all I get is a white screen. I have updated flash players, and tried all browsers.

Weird thing is it used to work. Something changed in last few months I think.

Any ideas?

if youre using adblock, u might need to disable it

I got the same problem. Have updated browsers, flash, cleared browser cache and checked on my Desktop. A troubleshooting guide please Fr.

I have tried without adblock and even with all extensions disabled on Safari and Chrome. Still very blank and whiteeee...

Yes I have tried clearing cache, no success. I have tried Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. All do not work.

@Gennady I also got a white screen, the problem might be with north americain server though. Anyway, I checked recently and it was fixed so maybe its alright now.

First of, try this link : https://footy1.matchat.online/embed/RhHNO4gMEs It's the first one that I sent you before, that was working for you, but I changed it to footy1, does it work for you now?

Second, what is your location?

Third, open any video that doesn't work for you, with the white blank screen and on that page press CTRL + SHIFT + J and attach a screenshot of what comes up for you there. I've attached an example, since I don't have any errors there, nothing comes up for me, so let's see what you got there.
