The news has just came out after the match. Victor Valdes looks set to have played for Barcelona for the last time after tearing his anterior knee ligament in Wednesday's 3-0 win over Celta and will miss out on the World Cup this summer too. Valdes has torn the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee and will require surgery. (Goal)

I was never one of his biggest fans but he forced me the respect in his last 2 seasons, he has been world class recently and his passing abilities are just impressive for GK.
