^ What about Fergie time for Ummmm, the last 25 f'n years. -.- 4 coals conceded in 20 mins! No ref decision should be an excuse for collapse like that.

Fair win from Leicester, the result should have been 4-3. That first penalty was a total bull shit. How in the world does he miss the foul on Rafael and call Rafael's foul? But Leicester deserved every goal they scored! They were more hungrier in the final 30 minutes compared to United.

Leicester was amazing and they played much better than United, so they also deserved to win in my opinion.

It was an abysmal call by the ref but we were still leading by a goal. No excuse for how our defense fumbled. Also firing Van Gal would make no sense you moron. XD

@Wolfie Still better than Aston Villa (Arsenal scored 3 goals in 3 minutes) and Liverpool (Crystal Palace scored 3 goals in 10 minutes)

Anyway, van Gaal really disapointed me.After Moyes came in and that disaster gone,he came like saviour in United. And then he lose to 3dh league DONS.Hell no,nobody knew who is Dons to this! And lose to Swansea, draw with Sunderland and lose to Leicster...even worser start than Moyes.

You can't blame referee always . You have a 400m squad so you should be sweeping Leicester away.

It's not a ref fault, we conceded 4 goals in a short time span and collapsed, that's we only have ourselves to blame...

exactly thats what I'm thinkin Tuan_Jinn. Playing Rooney,RVP and Falcao all at once is really unbalanced. You should atleast play 2 strikers with Mata as CAM and add wingers for width.

@samuel999
There's nothing "unbalanced" about playing rooney rvp and falcao (add di maria there for that matter).
Our defense would've still been shite whether we played 2 strikers with mata as a cam or anything else.
In fact, when Mata was on the ball in the second half, he got absolutely bullied and eventually, it led to a goal.

I think its for United fans to discuss this issue, i dont believe its a coach problem they have.
At 0-2 the game could have been easier if they didnt concede the goal 30 seconds later, Rojo should have never let the player cross, anyway Manchester seems to have a serious defensive issue, their midlefield and attack looks good.

well said tiki and man_utd. I believe Rojo should and will play at CB. Shaw was not fully fit, which was why he was left on the bench. Next week you'll see Rojo and Smalling at CB with Rafael and Shaw at RB/LB positions. A much better performace against the hammers I hope!

"United buying Falcao and Di Maria instead of world class defenders is like a woman with two broken legs buying breast implants instead of a wheelchair"
You take it but you still need wheelchair.

I think Van Gaal need to communicate with players through the match. Look at Mourinho for example, standing whole game, encouraging, showing, communicating etc. While Van Gaal only sit on the bench till the final whistle. Next thing, after conceding goal to 3:2 he knew they would push hard, and did nothing.

United played 5 games, 1 win, 2 draws, 2 losses.
Scored 9 goals, conceded 8. Won 5 points
And the teams you played against: Swansea, Sunderland, Burnley, QPR, Leicester

  • MK Dons
We know, new tactics, new coach, new system and everything, but even last year, after 5 games you've got 7 points, but you played in that 5 matches with Liverpool, Chelsea & City.

yep guys, we dont really have imbalance issue, but we do have a huge defensive issue. Our central back is weak from every aspect, header, 1v1, interpreting attacking plan... and most importantly, they shake when under high pressures... this worries me most. When the game has a twisted turn, they just freakin' collapse

Blind seems good, but looks like with this defend we need a stronger, more aggressive MDF.

@quikzzy: that's what I feel too. I was like... common Val Gaal, do something, they are shaking, they are loosing... do something... he just SAT there.

3 great facts
1.Moyed had 7 points at this stage last season compared to LVGs 5 points this season.

  1. For the first time in united history have united conceded 5 goals in a single match to a promoted team.

  2. First time in united history have united let a 2 goal lead slip to end up losing.

Just to add salt into the wounds, Moyes has never conceded more than 4 goals in a single match as united boss.

#MOYESIN ;)

on a serious note just be patient united fans. Transition will take a season or 2 so you better used to it instead of jumping on the managers head. LVG is a great manager, patience is just required.

Leicester deserved the result. But I still maintain that it's too early to judge Van Gaal.
