Cech as goalkeeper instead of Casillas, but obviously, most of the users here would probably prefer Casillas over Cech.

Ozil? seriously? i don't watch la liga that much, but still, i don't remember him being good enough to be on team of the year..

Is Thiago Silva really that good? I've never actually seen him play in Milan and even less so for PSG. But I guess he has to be solid for people to always name him up

Actually, I think this year's outstanding goalkeeper has been Buffon.

Also, Chiellini instead of Pique and the rest seems good to me.

Oh yeah, and Ozil should be taken out for Mata. I'll be honest, I am being a bit bias here, but just judging my by statistics, Mata has done better in 2012.

Raimondo, he's up there with being the best center back in the world, he's very solid. I say take out Ozil for Silva or Fabregas and this would be 100% in my eyes.

Ozil was The best player of Real Madrid Along with Cristiano the previous season.He had about 30+ assists .
The only one in that position to fight with ozil  is probably David Silva.

Title might be a bit misleading... In 2012 Mata has had 22 primary assists and 12 secondary assists plus 4 or 6 more primary assists from the last months of 2012. He achieved the CL and FA Cup in 2012 (including leading us to the WCC finals). Certainly not as much as 30+ (WOW), but I did say I would be a bit bias ;).

Everyone at chelsea last year except 2 or 3 players performed Completely shit(no CHL games included).
So it is easier to be a star!
Last season at Madrid everyone played awesome!
Ramos,Marcelo,Khedira,XABI ALONSO,Ozil,Di Maria,Hugain,Benzema and of Course Cristiano Ronaldo!
Real won the league with 100 points and 121 goals!
Higuain 20+ Goals,Benzema the same,Ronaldo 40+!
Its difficult to be a star here but he did it.

mata wasnt so good last season this season he changed immensely but i still dont prefer him over Ozil

I have to add that i Admire mata so much since old times playing for Valencia!
He is a world class player and better than ozil as a winger! thats for sure..

Ozil Could fit in any team. He had a Boss Euros too.
