Aouar deal collapsed as Arsenal is not willing to pay 60 million for hihim.

Arsenal have indicated they will pay Partey's release clause. Legal team is at Colney now working on the transfer. Negotiations not needed with Atletico.
At least, this was really the bar minimum, especially after loaning Torreira. Anyway, Partey a great signing, that guy was alway bit underated for me, hopefully, he show what he got at Arsenal. :D
