@Gennady I'm not sure, I think the extension only apply for these 2 transfer. I think that extension is kinda weird, everyone knew when the transfer window will end, why they couldn't made it earlier.

to be honest welbeck to Arsenal seems decent. Remember how sturridge was a flop at chelsea and Rogers revitalised his career? the same thing could happen to welbeck cos wenger is great at turning flops into stars Henry,bergkamp are examples. tho welbeck isnt likely to be the next henry he could definitely improve just like sturridge.
