Which traits/quaility u wud like to have in your team ?

for me,

manchester united's grit/determination/never say die attitude,
liverpool's 12th man (fans) support,
barcelona's tactical flexibility and
80's ac milan defensive wall

Real Madrid has arguably the best attack in the world .... If we get Chelsea's bus .... we would be unbeatable :P :P .... lolzzzz .... hahaha  !!!

but seriously, 

I would like to have 

1. A Manager like SAF or Arsene Wenger who is integral part of team for many years like they are,

2. Loyal Madrid fans like they have for Arsenal or Man Utd (most are Ronaldo fanboys)

3. A Youth system like that of Arsenal or Barcelona

if chelsea has sir alex or arsene wenger so they will be unbeatable cuz they need a permanent coach for several years

A long-term managaer like SAF or Arsene Wenger and world class No. 9 like Eto'o, Falcao or even Torres. 

A quicker counter attacking stratedgy like Madrids or Uniteds.
