1) Hart worse than Valdes? Fucking hell.
2) De Gea worse than Mandanda and Reina? Bullshit.
3) I think Handanovic should be better than Akinfeev IMO. He pretty much saved Inter from something around 14th place last season.

@Ven, no, he has become a lot more known now!

^That is true, but that has nothing to do with him being underrated or not :P. Despite now being known much more, he should be 86 if Casillas is 86 as well.

If Curtois is as good as Casillas and Casillas is better than Cech then why has Chelsea loaned him for the past two seasons? Casillas is one of the best goalkeepers in history of football, while Curtois is just a 20yo goalkeeper who plays for Atletico and has just one a Copa del Rey, he has a very promising future no doubt, but he is not close to Casillas or Cech, 79-82 overall would be fair.

"If Curtois is as good as Casillas and Casillas is better than Cech then why has Chelsea loaned him for the past two seasons?"

Hmm... I don't know, maybe he was 18 when we first signed him, and Cech is in his freaking prime? The fact that Atletico made him their starting keeper when his only experience was the Belgian League is a fantastic sign of why he is the best young GK in the world. One reason to give him an 86.

"Casillas is one of the best goalkeepers in history of football, while Curtois is just a 20yo goalkeeper who plays for Atletico"

That doesn't change the fact that last season Casillas didn't even play in the La Liga. Whereas Courtois won the Zamora award (La Liga GK of the year at the age of 20) and SHATTERED two records for Atletico. Another reason why he deserves 86.

"and has just one a Copa del Rey,"

What do you expect from a two-team league? The fact that he is the biggest reason Atletico won that trophy is amazing enough. A trophy doesn't affect ratings.

"he has a very promising future no doubt, but he is not close to Casillas or Cech, 79-82 overall would be fair. "

The fact Mourinho was asking him to join Chelsea this season to challenge Cech for the number one spot is enough to prove how close he is to being as good he was. Mourinho, a guy all about having the best players, was willing to let 20y/o Courtois play over Cech and challenge him for the #1 spot. Of course though he declined, to remain the number 1 keeper for Atletico and also have a better chance remaining the number 1 keeper for Belgium. There is the last reason why he deserves it.

Courtois is a fantastic keeper already at the age of 21, but the fact he is still only 21 is scary. Imagine how remarkable he can be at the age of 28 if he is already this good? He has already showed his worth this season so early on:

@Tuanis

Courtois not close to Casillas or Cech? Kindly watch some Atletico games first before talking about him like that.

Right now, Courtois is one of the top 10 keepers in the world. He went 819 minutes without conceding a goal at home, and out of the 31 goals he conceded last season, 4 were to Real Madrid, 6 to Barcelona, and 3 to own goals (1 each in the two home matches against Barca and RM). So that means, outside of the two freaking monstrous teams, he conceded 20 goals in the league.

He won the Zamora trophy ahead of Willy, Valdes, Casillas, AND Diego Lopez.

He kept 20 clean sheets in the league. That's more than half of the games he played.

And Chelsea have loaned him out in the past two seasons because he WANTED to be loaned out. Atletico Madrid want him permanently, but due to Atleti's debt, they are forced to just demand one-year loans from Chelsea.

@Ven

EDIT: Fixed it. I thought I remembered an article which said that he did, but I just googled it again, and I couldn't find any. Guess my memory was messed up. :P

^I wish I could give a hundred +1s and you're spot on except on one thing. He said nothing about wanting to permanately be with Atletico :P.

David De Gea, Joe Hart & Julio Cesar are underrated, they are definitely better than Pepe Reina & Victor Valdes.

I totally agree with @V et @Dynastian about Courtois. He's an outstanding keeper, and simply the best keeper last year in La Liga. I hope Mignolet will be soon in this top 20 as well.

^Valdes is decent but Handanovic deserves hs rating. Without him, Inter would be near relegation.

Im not saying Curtois is a bad keeper, he is arguably in the top 10 best keepers in the world but he has a lot more to prove before you all start comparing him with Casillas or Cech. I just dont think he should have such a high overall in Fifa considering players like Neymar or Hazard are 85 and below. Fifa overalls dont change that drastically and are often unfair for some players. Im just saying that compared to the other goalkeeper's overall Curtois should be around 82. While Valdes should be 80 and De Gea at least 82
