Top 2-6 heavily depends on form, only Bayern went in semis of UCL and Atletico won Europa, but all these teams are giants. PSG is just a step away from it. Meanwhile, Liverpool, Napoli and Tottenham are some of teams that are supposed to grow in coming years (Liverpool with one of best coaches and attacks in the world, Tottenham with great foundation for future, and Napoli as team that almost won Serie A).
