Thoughts on the Manchester United vs. City game

So this defeat will probably not come as a surprise to anyone, especially United fans such as myself, but let's be honest. Given how poor we have been, especially at home, we were never going to come out on top. David Moyes has broken two more records: fastest goal conceded at Old Trafford and the first time United have lost 10 PL games. United played with no identity, and I am still left trying to figure out what exactly was the game plan. SAF told us to stick by our new manager, and I will continue supporting him until he indicates otherwise. But these are grim times for United, and we can take comfort from the fact that we are still in the CL, however tiny and minuscule our chances are of progressing to the next round. City will most likely win the title and we'll be left wondering what exactly went wrong this season. Any thoughts?

@Dyn: Ok, that point I agree, that's TRUE. As a team they work out amazingly a stable and firm unit. I said that because normally when someone refer "the team" it doesn't indicate what we just agreed, I would say they are the best "team work". Barca and Real alot of times depends on individual brilliant. :)

@Dynastian98 @tuan_jinn, thanks for the insights fellas. I watched the 2-2 draw between R. Madrid and Atletico recently, and I must say I was immensely impressed with the way Atletico refused to be bullied and played with extreme cohesiveness. Maybe the reason why Atletico play so well as a team IS because Simeone stubbornly sticks with the same players, which helps with the gelling process. Just a thought. And I am not sure if being an "animal" or "hardcore" is a flaw in Simeone as much as a personality trait that is the mark of an ambitious manager.

@Dynastian ya i would love to have a manager like him, the team he has is not as good as Barca or RM but he somehow is on top, i seen them play against Barca and Real and i must say that they give a really good challenge, am still surprised that there r on top(hopefully they win).

i can't believe i missed this match [was so unaware of it cuz of Homework :( ], how was our defence and our mid? i know we been not doing good in those positions. i feel like the players don't even care about the team anymore, they are slacking off, Moyes should seriously consider talking to each individual and actually get to know them cuz it seems like the players don't care at all.
