the rule if the teams got same points

Hi, so i saw there's so many of you asking of why is Russia out. So let me say u why.

If 2 teams got same points, 1st step is head to head game, if it is draw, then 2nd step is a goal difference, if there's not a difference then 3rd step is team which scored more goals, if this is still same, then 4th step is the team with higher ranking is going through.
if 3 teams got same points, 1st step ist goal difference, if there's not a difference then it's followed by step 3, 4...
I hope u finally know why ;)

Step 4 is lame... what if a team has improved a lot over the season an bought lots of new playrs? they should have a big final between the 2 teams with penalties ect. anyway! thx!
