Hazard under Mourinho is developing his Football, i made it in silly Football because i guess he will be Madrid target in few months, but im confident Chelsea would never let him because he is the future.

Tehnical, pacey, can become the Iniesta 2.0 breaking the lines and sharp assisting, why 2.0 because he is more physical and of course very pacey.

I wonder why Mourinho didnt developed his goal scoring because last year, he could have been the main attraction playing forward. But Mourinho loves to have a classic striker aka Milito/Costa.

Chelsea wont let him go anywhere, but if he wasnt in a defensive minded team, he would be clearly be more prolific in term of stats.

Hazard needs to be more clinical. He has nice dribbling and pace, but is not direct enough with his decisions. He needs to be more decisive to convincingly be one of the top 10 players in the world. He has the talent, now Mourinho just has to carve him into the player he wants.

Hazard needs to take more shots at goals. He's creative, got pace, wins fouls, assists, has flair, and under Mourinho has developed greatly in defence. However what he lacks is goals. His conversion rate is good, its just he's shy in front of goal.

@Dyn

"Mourinho just has to carve him into the player he wants."

I'm not against you in any way but are you saying that Mourinho should shape Hazard into what Mourinho wants.

Because I heard something recently that Eden's dad told Mourinho not to change Hazard and just give him opportunities to help him develop, into the player he wants to be. And, Mourinho has abided by Eden's dads choice.

@Eden

Yes, I am saying that Hazard should be the player Mourinho wants him to be. Jose is the manager, he knows 100 times more about football than Hazard ever will. If left alone, all Eden will do is his flashy little tricks and dribbles, and score around 15 goals per season. If he lets Mourinho train him, how Sir Alex carved Cristiano and Pep made Messi, then Eden can really shine as a player.

Well Lodatz +1 , as always spot on .

@tiki

I also felt like you are implying that he is being ruined at Chelsea . He has total freedom in attack but he also defensive duties just like every player has in top teams . IT does not make our team defensive minded , it makes us one efficient unit . Just like Madrid fans enjoy seeing Ronaldo tracking players all the way till the end line . So do we Chelsea fans enjoy seeing Hazard doing the same and then lead the attack . However, Hazard started doing all this at early age and he is getting better and better match after match . Only thing still missing , it is his finishing . But then Ronaldo also was not such a prolific scorer at 23 nor was Arjen Robben for example , so I think Hazard has plenty of time to improve his finishing . Mourinho is perfect manager for him and if Hazard leads Chelsea to CL glory this year he will be easy candidate for Ballon Dor.

@Marcus

Well, Ronaldo did score 42 goals in a season at the age of 22... in the toughest league in the world too. Obviously Hazard is not at the same level as Ronaldo was at that age, but he should be expected to at least match Robben's performances at 23 (using blistering pace to continuously bombard the defense).

But you're right, Mourinho is the perfect man for him right now. Only Sir Alex can train and discipline him better, and that man is already in retirement.

Today he had 4 chances . He clearly lacks that goal killer instinct or technique on finishing . He should have scored at least two of those chances . Maybe it was unlucky or just Liverpool defense had a good day.

Ronaldo was 23 . Ofcourse , Ronaldo is exceptional player , but at this age Hazard is more of a team player rather than selfish type that Ronaldo was at the same age .Ronaldo started to be more of a team player under Mourinho. Robben was the same , and still the same IMO nothing fixes Robben .

Hazard needs to be little more selfish and hungrier for goals. He is doing fantastic and improves match after match .

Lol. Dont judge too fast. Who said we needed him, but i have to admit RM are trying to buy Reus atm (Its a nice option if CR7 leaves. Hazard is a good player for me but not better than good. End of the story.
