Since it has come under suspicion that Amerr has left the forum, I will continue his old thread here.

+1 for a win, 0 for a draw, -1 for a loss were Amerr's rules. I added True PPG, which is what the average number of points per game that each league has picked up in the CL so far. By the request of other members, team goal statistics were added too.

Thank you Dyna!

With Napoli win, serie a has topped EPL and Bundeseliga is pretty good for them actually and definitely deserving. ATM Arsenal are the strongest EPL team, I fear them more than any other EPL team when in-form. However when arsenal arent in their usual form they become shittier than levante and las palmas. They need to prevent to go downfall because this year I have high hopes for them to win the EPL. City right now is their only contender, and United are like portugal. Stronger than the top teams and weaker than the small teams.

I still find it odd how City can smack around teams in England and then nearly lose to an awful Sevilla side. If it wasn't for their track record in Europe, I'd probably have them pegged to win the thing with the team they have.

Cheers mate.

I know Arsenal just got hammered by Bayern, but the fact that the BPL is doing better now in the CL gives me hope. I'm not one hundred percent certain on what needs to happen for Italy to nick a CL spot from the BPL, can someone enlighten me on that?

@Shpalman 2008, the year the world crisis started from Wall street to Europe. That was devastating for Spanish economy and finances. But Football never declined there, only clubs financial situation...

@Dynast Its a pitty Sevilla collapsed this year, their defense isnt reliable specially with average Rami and inconsistent Coke. They seem to miss Bacca and Alex Vidal ( transfered to Barça ) so badly. They also lost the intensity andthe comeback spirit they had last season.
They wasted their CL spot and they arent doing better in the league. Valencia isnt on top form too but they arent as screwed in both league and CL, still inconsistent this season.

@Tiki

Both Valencia and Sevilla heavily disappointed me this season. I guess Sevilla should have been somewhat expected because they lost both Bacca and Vidal, but Valencia should be doing much better. They were visibly one of the best teams in Spain last season, and I'm shocked to see them have trouble finding their feet this season.
