Lol someone got offended his team got mocked. Lodatz seriously chill. You mock every team with you "innocent banter". If you can't handle some in return then don't give any. Arsenal are a great club and so is Tottenham.

i remember someone posting Arsenal gets beat 8-2. I ignored it. Lodatz reacting this way is understandable but I expected more from him :/

@Lodatz

Contrary to your belief, there is indeed, more space for players to attack in the EPL than in La Liga. Here's why.

In La Liga, most teams shove all their defenders and mids into the 18 yard box and around it. It is mild defending, but it renders the forwards with almost no space. The EPL is more tactical with their defending, but there is still plenty more space than compared to the claustrophobic defenses of La Liga. Just ask Michu (he stated it himself).

So Ozil will have much more room to operate, but I will try to say this as nicely as possible.... he is too good for Arsenal. Like you said, he's used to having Ronaldo, Benzema, di Maria, Khedira, Higuain, and Alonso around him. Even in Germany, he has Reus, Schurrle, Klose, Muller, Schweini, and Khedira around him. That is a far superior squad to what Walcott, Wilshere, Podolski, and Giroud can offer. Ozil will make them shine, but he's not instantly going to make them "title contenders" because he doesn't have the same quality of players around him anymore.

Despite him being angry in this thread, Lodatz speaks the truth about the Ozil transfer. It was nothing more than a panic buy after Wenger was constantly being pressured into making a big-name signing since the start of the transfer window.

Im not gonna lie, you guys fairly and deservedly finished over us all these years. but it doesn't make you guys THAT much better then us... we both are on ugly trophy droughts and both fall short in Europe. And neither team has challenged for the title in a long time.

You guys usually finish above us but not that far above us.. for the past 5 years its only been 1 or 2 places max.

And the last few NLD's have been even in terms of wins

This is the ugliest I've seen the forum and it's pretty hilarious.

Spurs lost the NLD, despite of all the money they dropped, before we signed Özil. Madrid lost a great play-maker to us, and they gained Spurs' best player. Sucks Lodatz, I know the feeling. Arsenal lost RvP, Song, and Nasri and we've been trying to rebuild our squad since. You can be mad, Dynastian can be mad, EVERY gunner is freaking ecstatic because of these instances.

Panic transfer or not, it's a freaking awesome transfer. Everyone's a funny pundit until their club gets shat on, then it's personal.

Madrid is most likely going to win the league anyway, in my opinion, and Spurs... well, we'll see.

To think this all started with a measly youtube video, perfectly harmless. Truth is, Spurs have had nothing to brag about for some time besides their beloved Bale, so I commend you. Hopefully your super squad doesn't let you down in the long run.

It's all fun and games ehh...

Is Pérez secretly trying to keep Arsenal afloat? Maybe...
