Did anyone know that World Expo is likely to take place in Dubai?

Just watched this video on this website in history class.

It's going to be the worst World Cup tainted with controversy. I can't stand the thought of waiting for this for 4 years. This goes beyond football. It's a matter of a question on our morality and ethics. This is modern day slavery. It's gotten so far the UN are saying its a breach of human rights. Who the hell cares if hosting the World Cup in Qatar exotic when people are dying needlessly? A sad world we live in.

$1 dollar an hour and happy with it? How do you expect these people to not know any better when they are only there by force because they literally CANNOT get a job anywhere else.

^ Yeah right, but at least they have a secure job. Forced, yeah. I'm against that. But I think some Europeans living there might have asked for better working conditions.
