I made one last season (it went really well in terms of participants), but I won't be able to manage it this upcoming season. WIll leave it to someone else to make it. I have my team set up and ready, although this season will be a really tough one to set the teams since there are so many good players.

I promoted the sh*t out of it, last season. Advertised it on my profile, advertised it in highlights, consistently updated its progress until FR (admin) noticed and promoted it elsewhere.
