It's actually pretty amazing that Nani pledges his career to United after all the downs he's had with us. I still see he can contribute to our team immensely. Great news.

Great stuff. Heard Moyes has been really impressed with him at training so far, and believes Nani will be an important player for United this season if he stays fit. I just want to see the Nani from the old days. :-[

Getting Rooney to stay and renewing Nani got me as happy as any new signings we could have done... Nani is a great player when he is on form and is probably the closest thing we have had since Ronaldo. Lets just hope he gets back on track for this season.

It seems strange from my point of vue, I was under the impression that Man united was trying to get rid of him these last few years.

^ That was mainly due to his high wage demands. The feedback I've seen from United supporters is incredibly positive about the renewal with Nani and say it's the best "deal" they had this window. Nani needs to play his way back into the starting 11 and he'll be one of EPL's top wingers again. The talent is unquestionably there.

No real United fan would want Nani to leave. He tries to give 100% every time, he was just unlucky in the past two seasons. I'd play him over Young any day.
