Bale is more expensive than ronaldo.

@Kirkos

Jesus, this is the second time I have to correct you because you don't read the title. This is adjusted for inflation. Ronaldo was bought 4 years before Bale, and due to inflation it means that he also cost more.

@Marcus

Again, please read first. I already stated that Neymar is excluded from this list (by the person who made it) because of controversy surrounding his transfer.

Thanks for sharing, I noticed some mistakes though.. you've written "Marquinhos to Chelsea" (71) and "Mangala to Chelsea" (55). You also forgot to add a club (Lazio) for Gaizka Mendieta (16). Speaking of Mendieta, that was probably the worst deal in the history of football. Only 20 games for Lazio (no goals scored), he got loaned to Barcelona and Middlesborough in two consecutive years and then Lazio released him without getting any fee. Keeping this in mind, Torres suddenly looks good.

Interesting statistics as I never saw list considering inflations. There are 26 players valued over 50 million €. Thanks for sharing.

74- Ronaldinho 35M ( 25M at that time ), best transfer in Barça History, changed the club from another in depth Spanish club to Europeen elite.

Purchasing Cruyff was the best transfer in Barcelona's history.

In fact, he's the reason why Barcelona HAVE a history worth noticing.

I made a thread about it if you are interested in a healthy rise without any external money :)

Funny how Real got 6 out of top 10 most expensive transfers.

^ even funnier how no-one calls them out on it, and yet City and Chelsea get slammed every day. In fact, aside from #7 and #9, every one of them is to either Madrid or Barcelona.

What was someone saying in another thread about the PL being all about money...? ;)

@Lodatz Manchester City are slammed so much because until 2012 they had nothing. Then, using money, just money, they bought an EPL winning side. They get so much hate because they beat clubs like United 6-1, and f you do that then 350,000,000 MU fans are pissed on top of the rest of the EPL.
