Ugh, please no. First off, he is heavily overrated. Second, he would most likely cost over 25m. Third, have we forgotten we have Lukaku.

^LUKAKU is a monster, why Chelsea loaned him I don't know. Balotelli would be a waste. However Balotelli does provide the lulz.

you guys read the tittle what do you think of Balotelli coming to Chelsea, this is just a rumour,
if these rumours are true then we are screwed, Chelsea already has a amazing squad and that too with young talents, but it would be amazing to see Balotelli back in the EPL
