He would fit in well at Juve. Shame they didn't get him
I don't know if you are sarcastic but Bild is one of the most unreliable source you can image in german-speaking countries
^^ Er.. arent they considered close to Bayern. And they were the only ones who broke the Gotze to Bayern story. From what I understand, they are pretty reliable when it comes to Bayern related news.

According to the reliable German newspaper Bild, Serie A side Napoli have agreed a deal for Bayern Munichstriker Mario Gomez. The online edition of Bild published the news yesterday, suggesting that Gomez’s entourage has already been in talks with Napoli for several weeks, with suggestions that the Bayern striker has agreed a three-year contract with the Partenopei.
Despite being a treble winner this season, Gomez’s place was on the bench for majority of the Bavarians’ record-breaking season due to injury and the outstanding form of summer signing Mario Manduzkic, who scored 22 goals in 39 games in his debut season.Adding to this, with the rumors that Robert Lewandowski was going to join Bayern, there was speculation about Gomez’s future, with the German international being linked to Chelsea in the last few weeks. However, even playing second fiddle, Gomez has maintained a good scoring record this season with 19 goals in 36 games, including two goals in the DFB-Pokal German Cup final against former club Stuttgart, which helped Bayern become the first German side to complete the treble.Gomez has been with Bayern since 2009 ever since he moved from Stuttgart for a €35 million transfer fee, and if he were to go to Naples, his scoring record with the Bundesliga champions would stand as 113 goals in 174 official games.
Napoli would be a fresh start for Gomez, and Serie A would definitely suit his style of play. However, his imminent arrival adds more question marks to the future of Napoli’s talisman Edinson Cavani, who has been linked with Real Madrid and Chelsea in recent weeks.
