Mandzukic is a good player who works hard but I would rather have a diminutive forward up front for Arsenal who is pacey and technically gifted. The complete opposite to Giroud basically.

GunnerAFC who would you think would be a good fit?
A realistic target... I'm not sure who at this moment in time... but I would make an exception for Balotelli. Even though he's not a forward like how I described in my first post he's still technically very good, can hold the ball up and can score goals. I would honestly prefer him over Mandzukic. I think Balo would do quite well for us. Just imagining a Wenger/Balo relationship makes me lol.
GunnerAFC I guess great minds think alike. Actually Balotelli is my favorite player and I was also thinking about a transfer to the Gunners or in my last discussion Balo going to Chelsea. But yes I really do think he would be a great fit as Morinho wants mature players on his team and I don't really think Balo fits that picture. But you must say he hasn't really been acting out lately... A changed man :)
Bayern Munich chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge says his club have
"absolutely no intention" of selling Mario Mandzukic following the
arrival of Robert Lewandowski from the summer.
Mandzukic seems to be of the temperament to which Wenger is averse; I'm not a Bundesliga follower, but he's always come off mean spirited to me, and these things really matter to Wenger. Of course he'd be a great signing, but does Bayern really want to give him up before they have their paws on Lewandowski in the summer? As far as temperament, same goes for Berbatov IMO. Or is it just that he LOOKS like a Bond villain?
I'd actually like to see Michu, if he's fit--he could play instead of or in complement to Giroud, and I dig his look :)
And of course Cavani or Falcao or Costa is just dreaming, but there are murmurs out there. Any of those would be a dream come true.
Oh and Wenger and Ballotelli? UHHHH.....
What about Javier Hernandez?, how would he fit in Arsenal?
@waynerooney why you don't want him anymore ? To be perfectly honest, I don't watch man utd often, and chicharito usually plays in smaller games (the ones I don't watch) so I don't know a lot about him. From what I know and from what I've seen of him, I don't think I like the idea too much. Do you think he would fit ?
Bring back Gervinho and put him upfront!
On a serious note, how about Mbaye Niang?
^AC Milan sent him on loan to Montpellier. I guess Arsenal won't get him.
one good player would be Jackson Martinez
@Kinghenry he is good in the box, he would be more reliable then Giroud or Theo in finishing especially the chances that Arsenal create

If desperate measures need be taken later (if Wenger doesn't get a striker that is)...Joel Campbell seems to be doing pretty well. Park Chu Young is dead. No way he's ever gonna play. Why the hell did wenger buy him I'll never know. Akpom is way too young but who knows how well he'll do if given a chance.
As all of you know Robert Lewandowski was just OFFICIALLY signed by Bayern. As you can tell Lewandowski is a stunning player who's most of the time in form and has many strengths. The dilemma is that now Bayern has two good strikers, of course Lewandowski will start over Mario in the summer, and we won't hear much about him again as a benchwarmer on Bayern. Mario's talent shouldn't be put to waste, I hope the rumors are correct and Arsenal (who is in need of a striker) could pick Mario up with ease. I think this would be a great transfer for both sides. What do you guys think?
