According to this, Welbz is as good as Falcao. I wouldn't say that! But if he plays well, he will be better than everyone on there except Roo!

@ashwin1729, I very highly doubt that he will ever be better than any of those 3.
There were glimpses in 2011-2012 season. But there were spells where he looked like a headless chicken too (lot more than those glimpses)..haha
Seeing Falcao coming in and Welbeck out...
United has really changed, maybe too much. It seems a long time ago that Fergie was at the helm
Thanks to Falcao, Rooney's hopes will be completely crushed now.
When Falcao and RVP become fully fit, I think Rooney should be dropped out of the starling line up. The man just doesn't convince me that he is capable of captaining the team - his main role as striker has already been passed since the stone age, and now he's just playing due to his high wages. If LVG shows enough balls to bench him, then I will salute him for making the right decision.
So what if he can play behind the strikers; that's why we signed Di Maria and Mata in the first place, who are both experts on that role. The Rooney days are over, and its time for him to either step up his game, or feel the wrath.

Watching Argentina - Germany right now...
And Di Maria comes up with 3 assists and 1 goal in 49 minutes. Unbelievable.
@man_utd, such a great player. I am happy we got him at his prime.
Falcao seems to be scared of the CL or just loves money too much. Who's he going to next? Spurs?
@lol true. It's the latter and the Europa league!
And in terms of CM....you know...Davide Petrucci's been very patient, lol.
@Heisinburg, I am much more impressed with Andreas Pereira, who is almost 5 years younger than him. Petrucci needs to move on. He is almost 23 and hasn't made a single first-team appearance.
True, but isn't Pereira more of an attacking midfielder? I think Petrucci can prove his worth if he's given the chance, certainly more than Anderson in my eyes.
@Heisinburg, he is but he can also operate in the midfield. Petrucci hasn't impressed when he went on loan. Honestly, if he hasn't been given a senior debut by 4 managers, I don't think much will change. Pereira vs. MK Dons:
Are we going to stick with the 3-5-2 formation?
4-3-3?
4-2-3-1?
4-4-2?
There is no established first team, given the versatility of our squad. But I think we should just stick with the 3-5-2 and try to improve in that system. If we want to integrate Falcao and RVP both, Rooney would have to definitely drop deeper.
