imo luke shaw is overrated. he is just 17 and people rate him so high. his is an average player in my eyes.

For a 17 year old, he completely blocked out our right side and kept on running past our RB and making deadly crosses (one which converted in to a goal).

I rate him highly.

Azpi has been by far our most consistent defender btw. You do remember this kid is 17? Doing stuff like this at this age is amazing.

most of that video i watched is simple easy short passes even a 6 year old kid can do.

What I saw from that video is a 17 year old blocking the likes of Mata, Ramires, Lampard, and making beautiful runs. I guess we both have a different view of him.

Am I the only one who saw the interceptions and tackles he made in/near the penalty box?

looks a very promising player. as vendetta said he 17 only and is playing in epl against world class ppl

a 17 year old lad can't really be over rated... i think people are praising him more for the potential he has, if anything.

@knibis: If this was a player from the La Liga, you would be crazy about how we would be one of the next best LB. Plus, he has had much more excellent matches.

He'll only get better. He is only 17 after all.

yeah well in my opinion, he is a good player fast, good runs but he's just 17. we have to wait until he is like 22 year old then see if he's world class player or not.

@Vendetta you are mistaken.  not from one match... I would not judge by one match from any league

If you looked at a my previous post, I do inform you he has had excellent matches before the Chelsea match as well.
