@Ajax: Luiz was no where near smashing his elbow in Aguero's forehead. Kuiz was simply using a bit of muscle and sort of blocking Aguero from the ball. I'm not surprised to see a comment like that from you though, as this isn't the first time you made an insane statement. 3 match ban? Even a 6 match ban for Aguero is insane...

Anyways, the FA decided to not punish Aguero. It's like the FA despise Chelsea...

I agree with Vendetta. Aguero was at fault. No two ways about it. Even if the FA isn't charging him, the least he can do is apologize to Luiz.

Luiz deserves a regular yellow, Aguero deserves 3 games ban...

^Although I don't see Luiz's quality and I think he should never be in a Team like Chelsea he did nothing wrong there, what yellow card? Aguero deserves a straight red for that regardless. Also the FA dropped it and he won't receive a ban. Chelsea got robbed a penalty too.

Aguero shoved him, kicked him, and then sneered at him. Big time asshole, and red card all the way. David Luiz shows his classy, personable self by not attacking back.
