The only issue with a potential move is that City have shown a hesitancy to sell their players to the top clubs in England.

EMANUEL ADEBAYOR
While it would seem logical for Adebayor to make his move to White Hart Lane permanent,Caught Offside are reporting that Spurs may pull out of any deal because of Adebayor's excessive wage demands. With the abundance of attacking talent currently at City, Adebayor will definitely be leaving the Etihad on a full-time basis this summer. Kenny Dalglish is believed to be a big fan and is eager to add him to his lacklustre front line.
