I personally think that La Liga has the more
firepower in attack with Messi Falcao and Ronaldo.
They also seem to have the better midfielders 
with Xavi, Iniesta and Ozil.
However I think it would be reasonable to say
that Joe Hart is pretty equal with Casillas 
and that the Premier League has the better
defenders than La Liga.

best XI teams

i couldn't decide some of the positions because there were two or more player to get in the starting XI

I think the Premier League side would be:

Krul (New)

Kompany (Cit) - Taylor (New) - Colloccini (New)

Rooney (MU) - Yaya Toure (Cit) - Song (Ars) - Bale (Tot)

Aguero (Cit) - RVP (Ars) - Silva (Cit)

The Newcstle duo at the back line would make a perfect rock with Krul, and nothing more to say about  players of City this season. 

and nothing more to say about La Liga side. the formation would be:
