I agree with you . The most complete player I have ever witnessed during my life time and where I saw in the archives . Not a single player is as complete As Cristiano Ronaldo on that list and it is unfair to put him demi section . This player went from club to club cooping with changes and adapting quickly improving himself and proving again and again he is just as good as Messi and at some years better .

Few facts about :

• Fewest appearances to reach 100 clean sheets .
• Petr Cech made 1414 saves compare Casillas 1084 and he did it in 9 years .
• Cech just recently surpassed David Seamans and Peter Schmeichel clean sheet record and now closing on David James record , I think 15 or 20 short .
• Cech suffered head injury that almost ended his career but quickly worked his way up get in form and reach more heights . Casillas broke his hand and now sits on the bench behind Diego Lopez.

I can go on and on .

Just one more fact : Every time Messi played against Casillas he scored against him like there is no tomorrow ! Petr Cech withstood rain of shots from Barcelona and kept the clean sheet at Stamford bridge against Messi and Co. then kept Messi from scoring at Camp Nou . Messi has not scored a single goal against Cech . C. Ronaldo managed only 5 goals against Cech up to this date . Considering that Ronaldo played 6 years and played Chelsea countless times also in national level as well.

What I love about Peter Cech is that when Chelsea had troubles ( which was basicly every season ) he was always one of those few players that carried Chelsea to trophies and finals .

Casillas is fortunate to play for Real Madrid. He started in their academy and continued in first 11 . He always had one of the best players in the world in his team , so trophies always came and security was present in his defense . And In national level Casillas won everything there is to win .

Petr Cech literally started from the bottom and made his way to the top .

Media is just biased about who to praise and drives your opinion towards the one they want to favor. Casillas won so many awards and trophies all due to playing in one of the best national teams and one of the best football club . Also , we all know FIFA is a joke and those goalkeeper awards are a joke just like Balond Dors .

P.S. I been watchin Madrid for last 3 years and not a single time I saw Casillas doing extra ordinary that Cech can't do , in fact it was Cech who was pulling mind boggling saves. If Petr Cech was playing for Spain and Real Madrid he would have been greatest of all time already and would have a golden statue by now .

To conclude ...

I think FIFA and Media is unfair to Cech just because he is not Spaniard or Italian or german or english , just because he is from Czech republic and playing for one the most hated football clubs in the world . What he has done in his career is amazing compare to all the other goalkeepers . He still has time to prove more and achieve more and I am certain he will .

My opinion may sound biased to you and I tried to state as much facts I could but it takes time and research . Do not get me wrong . I think Iker Casillas is fantastic goalkeeper but if he deserves to be on that list than Petr Cech deserves it even more .

I would say even more that he should be at least right along Buffon .

I'd pick Ronaldinho to the goat tier with Schmeichel.
I'd put Kahn and Pirlo to the god tier.
I'd switch Zola with Shevchenko or Giggs.
And Ibrahimovic, Cech and Juniho deserve a place in this list imo...
