Zlatan definitely needs to be in in demi-god tier.. He's not even on the list! Larsson up to demi-god too! Also, I'd switch CR7 with Iniesta. Eusebio switch with G.Müller. Zanetti should be in the god tier!

Didn't really take the full list into consideration and I also haven't seen all of them play. But I would move Kaka and Casillas to the demi-god section and I would move Ronaldinho to the GOAT section.

Also, Schiemel or Yashin to the GOAT section as well because I feel like a keeper should be up there.

I also think that Raul and Figo should be in the God list if Xavi is: Xavi has never won Ballon d'Or and Raul is the highest scoring CL player of all time.

I'd make a strong case of putting Puskas in the GOAT tier. But really, other than that. this list seems to be very good. :)

Why are Cech and Kahn not in the God Tier with Buffon and Schmeichel?

Zola deserves demi-god status.

Garrincha, Puskas, socrates higher.
Cassillas on the same Bouffon level, the list looks good.

To be honest, Cech is not as good as either Kahn, Buffon, and definitely not Schmeichel. All those players have achieved much more than Petr Cech. Cech is a very good GK, but not on the same level. Just think about it. Throughout his career, Cech has been lauded as one of the finest GK's in the world for the last 10 years, but he has not been #1 in public opinion. Casillas, Buffon, and more recently Neuer would take up that position. He's quite literally, always been 2nd of 3rd best.

Although I agree with you for Zola. Seems hard done for him to not be in at least the Great Tier.

@Dynastian: I agree Cech was always 2nd best as a GK (except in 04/05 - before his injury) but he's never far behind in the ranking and has impressive stats, records, and performances to back him up. National teams also come into play, and sadly, Cech wasn't lucky enough to have a country with a fantastic defense like Casillas, Kahn, or Buffon. I bet there are some people who would also agree with me that Cech deserves a spot in God Tier. Finally, does being second best consistently for the past 5-10 years mean he doesn't deserve God Tier or at least Demi-God Tier?

Cech should be on the list. 100%. But how high? Debatable.

You have to realize that God Tier is the rank where the whole world will remember you forever. Even Demi-God is that kind of level. Casillas didn't make it (my disappointment. He should be Demi-God for me, because he has never been as commanding as Buffon).

If Petr Cech retires at the moment we are speaking right now, people will regard him highly, but will they remember him 40 years into the future? Not very likely. Players in God Tier like C. Ronaldo, Maldini, and Puskas have done a whole host of things that make them memorable players for everyone. We even regard Giuseppe Meazza as one of the greatest players of all time, and he played some 70-80 odd years ago. That is God Tier. And frankly, Cech has never been at that level. There's a reason only 2 GK's made it that high.

That actually makes sense. I've changed my mind; I agree with you what you said now, but I don't think there's any other spot for him but Demi-God Tier. Cech has achieved a lot already during his career that will definitely be remembered for many years to come.

please guys this is my opinion but i am kinda surprised why everyone wants cr7 on the demi-god tier
hes one of the most complete players ever and i believe that most people judge him cause of his diving and personality of "hating to lose" and not of his records which is almost on par with LM10 so why not on the goat tier he has better records with real madrid then R9 honestly so lets judge on his play style and achievements with manchester and madrid and respect messi and cristiano of what they are showing to the football world :)
