Did he coached any club in between? I think this guy is highly overrated...

Highly overrated? Nah. We all know he's still far from being a consistent and successful coach, but he's got the potential to stand beside masterminds like Pep, Mourinho, Simeone and Klopp. His managerial roles at MK Dons, WBA and Chelsea have been pretty impressive if we take his small experience into consideration.

In my opinion, this job is his make-or-break job to see if he can be a successful manager.

The make or break job was chelsea in my opinion. Think he is a great manger and wish that he does something awesome with Schalke to show people it wasn't a one off.
