Ouch! Hopes he gets better...
Awesome shot. I definitely have respect for Hazard, he keeps rolling with the punches every match.
DAYMN. 'Dat guy got strength. What a player as well. Absolutely stunning/
Respect to Hazard. This is what we need to see more often. Take all that diving and simulating sh*t and throw it out the window. Let's play like real men again, like how they played in the 70's. No diving, no cheating, just grown men playing fair football.

Wow ! Please don't hurt him too much, we need him for the world cup...
@Dynast I couldn't agree more !
Sorry to break it to you, but just because he has been hit/fouled doesn't mean he is or isn't a diver. It just means he was hit that time, period. Neymar and Bale get legitimate fouls against them but it doesn't mean they don't dive on other occasions.
@TheTroll You're right, but, did you've seen him diving like Young, Neymar or Bale this season ?
Calling him a diver is just non-sense, he's one of the most skillful and fair play player in the EPL this season...
@Netsten
Well, to be fair, TheTroll is correct in his standpoint. They say that Ronaldo's legs are not his natural skin color anymore because they are covered in scars from thigh to toe. But that doesn't mean that Ronaldo doesn't dive. He has a history of diving, and still does the simulation and the theatrics every once in a while even now. Just because he's been clipped 1000 times doesn't change that he has a history as diver.
I haven't seen Hazard dive half as much as any of the players mentioned above. Every match I watch him play he constantly uses his body against players and gets away with a dribble instead of falling after contact.

The game of football has been long marred by those that would rather take the easy way out and roll on the ground in hopes of getting a call than be a man about taking a tackle.
In the modern game, it has become even more of a problem, as players continue to work at mastering the art of making the littlest knock turn into the worst foul of the century.
For a breath of fresh air, here is a look at 10 players that are known to be stand up about avoiding diving and playing the game the way it should be.
Perhaps it is because he is part of football's old guard, but SS Lazio and German international Miroslav Klose is one that rarely goes down.
If he can manage to get a shot off, even after a hit, in order to play the advantage, he will do so
Liverpool and Netherlands forward Dirk Kuyt is a true embodiment of an old-fashioned hard worker.
The Dutchman is known for his endless running up and down the pitch and is never seen whining on the pitch from a tackle.
Rather than argue for a call that is not going to come, he gets up and goes about his business and gets the job done with grit and determination..
The fleet-footed Argentine forward has always been one to play the advantage.
If he can avoid the tackle or take the hit and keep moving toward the goal, he is one that will always do so.
A former Liverpool player and now Real Madrid playmaker, Xabi Alonso is known as a player that gets the job done throughout the night, and he never complains.
Alonso takes some harsh tackles, but he never complains, as he continues to always get up and go about his game match after match. He plays with true class.
Yes, the master of all hard men never dove.
He was more interested in making people dive in fear of his tackle.
The former Real Madrid man has been class his entire career and never was one to flail on the ground, for his hunger to score was far too great to beg for help from the match officials.
During his time in Germany, Edin Dzeko was not known as a diver.
Furthermore, since making his move to the English Premier League, he has continued that strong reputation as a scorer and not a whiner.
@V its nice we are talking about the positives aspects of the game, i would suggest to Fifa to give a Fair play prize for players each year to congratulate them for their behaviour, or anything that could motivate players to do fair play acts.
Hazard is one of the players that thinks less in falling, i find many similarities between Hazard, Lucas Moura and Messi in term of going forward...
10 Admirable players that never dives in addition to Hazard :

@tiki: Awesome list, and couldn't agree more :)
Everyone should read @ikoiko's second post in this thread. If you watch Hazard as much as I do, you'll see he never dives and actually tries to use his own strength to keep the ball as well.

@tiki, Nice list! Freaking Vinnie Jones haha. Your first few sentences remind of Napoli's last game, where Higuain scored on the 90th only because the defender threw himself to ground as to simulate a foul, and the ref didn't buy it, giving Higuain a clear chance.
@Vendetta, it's so true man. That is what amazes me about the guy. Besides his sheer talent, he is willing to fight for a dribble, every match.
@tiki
Half of them dived at least 10 times in their career .
Also , if Hazard gets bloody like this every game and referees are turning their blind eye on this , than I would not blame him for diving .
@Marcus: The fact they've only dived around 10 times in their 10+ year career is enough to say they're really fair players compared to other players. Also, even if Hazard gets bullied and cut every game and that makes him dive, I'll be pretty disappointed in him.
@tiki: I strongly disagree on Klose. When he played in Germany he had the reputation of diving and did so on a frequent basis. I remember him being sent off in the semi finals of the UEFA Cup 2007 against Espanyol Barcelona in the 19th minute for a dive but unfortunately I couldn't find any footage of it. Maybe you can look it up yourself :) Just wanted to let you know.
@Marcus
Diving 10 times in your career is hardly enough to be labelled a "diver". Hazard himself probably dived 10 times already in his career.
It was a figure of speech . 10 times might be in every game or a whole season .
So if player dived only few times in his life , he is not a diver ? MMh I don't know
Considering most professional footballers now spend 20+ years playing football, less than 30-50 dives in a 20+ career is extremely fair.
Some players are diving 10 times per game :).
Nah let me rephrase it . Let's say If player cheated 10 times in his football career , he is not a cheater ? Even if those 10 times decided outcome of the important match .
