@Marcus
You keep rephrasing your statement to protect yourself. Stop.
If a player dives 10 times in his career
Not much at all. He may dive simply to avoid a rough challenge that never hit him. Very, very unfair to label him a diver.
If a player dives 10 times in his career, and it changes the outcome of an important match
Enough to label him a cheater, especially if that led to him winning trophies. We all know how much Rivaldo's little act against Turkey was worth back in the WC.
If a player cheats 10 times in his career
Different context. Cheating is, quite literally, anything that violates the law. Plenty of players have cheated by doing intentional handballs (not worth much), little acts of simulation, and very rough challenges. Still, 10 times is not even close to label him a cheater.
If a players cheats 10 times in his career, and it changes the outcome of an important match
Of course he'd be a cheater. Luis Suarez is a great example. Cheated his nation into the WC semi-finals at the expense of Ghana. Multiple other acts here and there against big EPL teams as well.
These are 4 entirely different statements, and you need to pick and choose which one you are using to defend Hazard. For me, he's in the first bracket. He's probably dived 10 times in his career, but never in a big match. End of story.

@dynastian98
Very nice response . I will take the first one . :))
LOL, sometimes even divers suffer some of those injuries:
