Could there be a scenario where in the last game of the season in La Liga, (which I believe its Barcelona v At. M.) the one who wins that match wins it all and if they tie RM ends up champion?

That looks to be the case for now. Final matchday is when title will be decided.

Could Everton surprise Arsenal ?
The direct confrontations between EPL top 3 will decide the title, Liverpool will be the judge for the title as they have to play both contenders at Anfield unless they decide to win in both games :).
Real Madrid has its destiny in their hands, no more direct confrontations for them but they have dificult games to play, especially 2 games : Sevilla and Sociedad.
I am less worried about Atletico because we still have a direct confrontation at the Camp Nou.

I really hope the last games of La Liga will be the title-crucial-decision games, both 3 teams still have chance though.

EPL looks like very competitive but this season I would say it mostly due to big team's flop... :( sad
