Just few really quick analysis from me:

Chuba Akpom:
Born in -95, Thierry Henry type of player, LOADS of pace (Arsenal's fastest player in 10m distance). Really skillful, decent finishing I believe. Has had few sub appearances this season, always been great.

Hector Bellerin:
Born in -95, had few appearances in the 1st part of the season, but after Debuchy got injured again in 2015, he's been a starter and he's been absolutely superb. Loads of pace, (I heard he has Arsenal's record of 40m distance) Typical Wenger-type fullback, likes to burst forward. He has been surprisingly good in defending too, really improved.

Gedion Zelalem:
Born in -97. Dominated in 2013 preseason, when he was just 16, gave absolute wonderpasses every game. Haven't played at all in BPL nor FA Cup other than 1 appearance. Don't know how well he's done in youth games.

Ryo Miyaichi:
Born in -92. Was decent on loan in 2012 with Bolton, LOADS of pace, but kinda headless chicken. Can't shoot, can't pass, just run. Currently on loan in Twente & Twente 2, hopefully improves ...

Serge Gnabry:
Born in -95. For me, he plays like Oxlade-Chamberlain, nothing else to say really. Was brilliant last season when he had few games

There are more players too like Bielik, Huddart, Iwobi, Maitland-Niles, Crowley etc, but I don't know too much about them, so I leave it to ppl who know more.

VIDEOS:

You could see his pace at 1:13 and 3:02

Few glimpses of Bellerin, but performances from 2015 are missing, 'cause the video is done in December 2014.

The preseason I was talking about - highlights. (I think the video is stolen but whatever)

Absolutely ridiculous pace from Miyaichi

Gnabry in 2013-2014 season.

Rafinha and Bellerin for sure look like first team material!

Chelsea:
First team:

  • Ake: Great ball control, disciple, presence and maturity. Could do a better than Mikel imo. His time will come with no doubt.
  • Loftus-Cheek: Fights super hard and shows great potential. Done ok when given the chance, not sure if Chelsea level or not though.
  • Brown: Similar to Ake, super confident going forward. Promoted to first team squad this winter, expect him too shine by 2018.

Loanees:

  • Marin: dead
  • Moses: I rate him, but will be sold.
  • Piazon: Loads of talent, but inconsistent. Doubt he ever make it sadly.
  • Bamford: Showed amazing development since his move at Boro, scoring for fun. I think he will be our #3 next year behind Diego and Remy.

i like Rafinha a lot, the last time i watched Barca he left me a really good impression. as for Milan promising youngsters i'd defo go with Kazuyoshi Miura, we have him out on loan, he'll come back fully developed and ready to become ACM star.

^ Yeah how about Hachim Mastour ? I was also pissed off when Milan sold Cristante to Benfica for 6M.
I would love to see Milan injecting some World class Italian youngsters into first squad.

I really like him because im a nutmeg fanatic, i spent half of my childhood playing the nutmeg games with my friends, i play Football Hachim Mastour style :) my friends close their legs as hell but they probably know they wont escape from it :).

haha^ i used to do backheel nutmegs bro' ;) at futsal i sucked hard, but give me some space in a regular or calcio8 field and you're pretty much f*cked. btw the Miura thing was meant to be a pun, he's like 45 years old or something lol. Mastour on the other hand... creativity is there, ball control is out of this world, but i feel he is not being protected in a proper way from the media. i mean, except some insane stuff at youth level, he hasn't proved anything still, yet every 3rd day you get an article about him on some random football magazine/newspaper. shielding him from certain things is crucial for him to build the right character needed to develop into a top class player. i just cross my fingers, if this guy lives up the hopes we'll gonna witness one of the finest football players to ever grace the game.

Yeah if he has the money and the bad relationships, the motivation to become the best can go away, many world class youngsters are happy of what they have and they stop wanting more, its hard to say to them to not enjoy their life i think at the opposite that the best players are the ones to not be normal human beings :) they have money, fame, everything and decide to not party, not go out, work even harder than an average player for their careers...
They need to have a big love of the game and theirselves as well, and its not pretty common...

So yes, i have to agree with you, if a youngster doesnt have the right atmosphere, its very complicated and he should be strong mentally to handle pressure and stay on earth with all the hype, the money and the fame at a young age.

Hachim reminds me a little of Isco.

About the big field, i have a sh*** stamina, and im not too fast, but deadly in Football 5 ( with 5 players ), very hard to take the ball from me, but on a big field, i loose some of my atributes, not an awful player though.

An off topic thing, Zubizaretta got replaced by Rexach ( from Barça ) and Breida ( From Milan ) as a sportive director, do you have any idea about how good is this guy, they say he has a big network but i never heard about this man.

Barça are struggling in transfers since Tixi Bergeristan ( Actual Man City S.Director ) left.

We also have Palmer and Solanke, with Traore on loan. We need to sign Tielemans.

Kurt Zouma. Now I understand he is young, raw and still has his flaws. But he as an unbridled potential - both physically and technically - to be one of the best of his generation. Plus, he's got all the time in the world. After all, he's only 20. If all things go as planned on Zouma's development, we can expect him and Varane to f*ck sh*t up in the 2018 World Cup. And you know what? I'm sure he can. He is under the guidance of "Park The Bus Defensive Master" Mourinho as you guys like to see him that way, and partnered next to arguably the best Premier League centerback this season (or in PL history if you want me to be controversial). He's got all the resources to become a star - now it's his job to get there.

@Tiki
Braida is the man behind the old mighty AC Milan, if you let him do his work then you got one of the best, if not the best. he was forced to quit at Milan after the Allegri disaster happened. in that situation Galliani was the one who had to pay, but due to his huge exit clause, it was decided to make Braida's head roll instead. you're in good hands, as i read in the other thread, Braida got Verratti on Barca's shop list, that intent speaks alone. he wanted him at Milan already when he was at Pescara. as for Barca, i got this vision too since some time, Verratti is perfect to replace Barca's oldies and give new life to the mid for the future. if this move really happens, you might want to start shitting in your pants already.

^ His latest shortlist : Veratti, Dybala and Danilo, coherent and fair enough. The 3 players seems to fit into Barça philosophy ( i have les informations on Dybala, didnt see him enough my mistake ) but Veratti could be the proper replacement of Xavi, but i have no idea about how they could convince Nasser El Khelaifi to sell him, he refused 45M for Marquinhos, unless he works his network with the agreement of the player.

PSG are still in the situation of building a name because French Silverwares arent enough to establish them as BIG europeen team, PL is hyped enough to establish City as one of them but notas Chelsea, the CL they won gave them the credibility needed, so PSG are absolutely against any talks concerning their starting XI, not just for pitch issues as Veratti is important and Motta is aging, but for credibility and image wich is Quataries most important thing, they use Football to build a name.

I rate Veratti very high and i think he could be amazing at Barça, but getting him out from PSG is quite impossible unless Breida does his things... ( Thiago Silva and Marquinhos were impossible to get by Zubbi )
