^^^ Who needs respect when you earn that much? Yeesh.
Actually, earn isn't the word...
^^^ Who needs respect when you earn that much? Yeesh.
@FredTilson, I wouldn\'t say that he can\'t play football; sometimes he can be decent. But in all seriousness, Young\'s totally lost it now. He may had done it for the team, but this act of simulation is just a pure disgrace to our club.
It seems like he still doesn\'t get the message after Fergie, and even Moyes, giving him a word about it (diving). If I was Moyes, and if I was generous, I would immediately act and cut his current contract in half in order to further emphasise how serious I am about his circus-like falls.
This guy makes me sick
AND LOL
Good job they didn't score!
Speaking of dives, we saw another one today. I didn't mind Messi scoring because it would hit him back into form again, but the dive itself from Neymar was pathetic to watch.
So much for "Neymar doesn't dive at Barca". It takes a lot more than a transfer to change a player's mindset. :P
aaaaaaaaaaaaand another one. Good call ref
^ lol kingHenry WTF was Lewandowski thinking that that was a penalty???? He just purposely did a tetris over Arteta Lol :P
Neymar dived... and there was one situation with Mertesacker I think, in the box , it was clear pen.
and then there was wiedenfeller almost killing koscielny and no pen was given. Makes it even.
^ I didn't see that one, but since GK's are mostly given protection, it probably wouldn't have been called anyway. But if you think differently, could you post a GIF of the foul here? It would be better for me to judge then. :)
Busquets offside, anyone?
Ok, while agree with almost all the posts... is this going to transform into a never ending thread about shit dives, bad tackles missed penalties, etc?
@Footaholic
Although that's what it may seem like, we are all initially protesting about the TERRIBLE refereeing that has been going around this season. I think that's something we ALL agree on.
@dynast
For the offside how can you see it ?? look at the penalty era line, you should find better angle for this.
For Neymar's case, well he is not the only one who have this kind of mindset :)
@Tiki
Sigh.... this thread is initially about matches that went on this week. Neither of those GIF's fall into that category. If you found poor refereeing from Madrid 2-2 Juventus, then post it here. Considering how loco you went recently with the Diego Costa thing, I'm not even going to bother to respond to those two GIF's. :P
I must be blind, though it was about Ashley young dive, but since you went first off topic :) You should be smart enough to know why i posted those 2 gifs precisely...Or maybe not :p :p
You dont have to respond me :) i dont need your response on it mate :)
I dont get it, I cant understand how a player already known for diving repeatedly and that has his reputation in jeopardy to stay as more of a diver than a good player, can keep doing this kind of things. Some players have no shame, people like him ruins United's reputation and people start criticising the whole team for having players like that.
aaaalso, Moyes needs to do something about this... It is just lack of discipline and would be a lack of managing skills to let this happen and not do anything about it afterwards.
@Tuanis: I agree with you. It really is an embarrassment to the club, and United deserve much better than that. The problem is, Moyes probably won't say anything until it actually HARMS the team; that is, until he gets booked for diving. :/
I think about Andros Townsend, at the start of this season, when he got a yellow card for diving, and immediately came out the next day vowing to not do it any more and cut it out of his game. I don't know if it was just his decision, or if the club said something to him, but either way, I was very proud to see that happen.
It would be nice to see Moyes force Young into the same, but, again, he probably won't say anything so long as it is working. :/ After all, Kagawa gave him a high-five for it, and everything...
It's such a shame, because as fans we can all see what's wrong with it, and how it ruins the game. :/
The video of the game is on daily motion so I can't insert it into my post. But if you watch it and skip to 78:30 into the game you'll see the FK when weidenfeller ramed into koscielny. I know keepers are protected by referees but this one is totally obvious.

So, this happened:
Keeping it classy, Ashley. :p
Nothing against United, but I'm really glad they didn't score from the penalty from this blatant dive.
