Oh I thought you meant of all time :P, well I wont mind putting Mata as number 1 because of my blue blood but it really should be Bale. Also, Kagawa? Come on man, aren't you being a bit bias there. He hasn't even proven himself yet in the EPL.

This is how they rated the players
AttributeWeighting (out of 100)

Anticipation/Positioning: 30 points
How aware is the player? We study his positional tendencies, how well
he keeps the line of engagement and how quick he is to react to and
pre-empt danger. You don't need to make a tackle/interception if you've
cut the danger out before its even reared its head.

Tracking: 25 Points
When his team is in a two versus three or three versus four situation, on
the back foot, how well does he cope with midfield runners darting forward?
Does he capitulate and get mixed up or track the appropriate man expertly
in a Sven Bender-esque manner?

Tackling: 20 points
Exactly what it says on the tin. How clean is the tackle, how does he approach it, how often does he commit fouls and earn yellow cards for poorly executed challenges? Is he forceful or timid?

Stamina: 15 points
When under the cosh, how well does the player cope with switching targets consistently in the face of long spells of possession and pressure? How's his engine—can he get up and down the field all day?

Passing: 10 points
Anchor midfielders don't have to be flashy passers, but it's still a big part of the game. Does he occasionally play above his station, or simply win the ball and lay it off as per his job description? Does he concentrate and hit short passes cleanly, or make mistakes in dangerous areas?

Fair enough, but I still don't think he deserves it. It's like Coutinho without a doubt one of the best attacking mids in the EPL but he's only played for half a season. We've seen many of those one hit wonders never to rise as one of the best in their league. He will probably shine though but my point is, BR are rating players to early if they're rating by attributes. Also, it's great to see Azpi above Rafael. Imo he deserves the recognition and is heavily underrated. Thanks for sharing the link :)

I know it's from BR. I'm just really skeptical about BR "rating" players like this. And in all honesty, I personally feel Cazorla is better than *Coutinho*...

"And in all honesty, I personally feel Cazorla is better than Cazorla"

LOL and Nicklas Bendtner is better than Nicklas Bendtner :P, but yeah Cazorla should be in the top ten.

Yeah, I wouldn't trust Bleacher Report in the slightest. Most of the names in the Top 10 are obvious, of course, but some of them are just head-scratchy.
