@Dephased, kind of funny that I haven't even entered in this convo even though it was directed at me. I was just poking fun at Frimpong's transfer, because Arsenal to Barnsley is a definite downgrade, respectfully. I've HEARD of Barnsley, nothing else. I follow the premiership and maybe the championship. I didn't have the privilege of growing up in England so your definition of someone who follows English football may vary from mine.

I grew up in England and have followed English football all my life.

I still know bugger all about Barnsley, other than now and aain they will get drawn against a big team in the FA Cup, and usually get thrashed.

I somehow think this does not mean I am not a 'real fan' of English football. ;)
