Well hands down Big Pete is legend of EPL . If he continues with his form and keep making clean sheets than I think he may become best goalkeeper in EPL history . This may sound bias but I think he will because he will go strong until his 40s . He is very hard working and dedicated goalkeeper . Example of old school discipline to everyone .

Nah, I don't think Petr Cech will be best in EPL history. Hasn't Schmeichel been much better than him over the course of his career?

Ofcourse Schmiechel is still the greatest but Petr is good candidate to overtake . He is still going strong . This season stats show that he is actually better than Courtois and De Gea . I loved Cechs performance vs Bayern literally saved Arsenal from even bigger embarrassment . Stable and solid Cech never leaves doubts to you when he is in goalie . If he never had that head injury he would have been even more amazing . He was incredible before that injury and looking at him now it does amazes me that he used to be better and disappoints me that we could have been witnessing even better Cech than he is now .

Stats can be misleading quite often in football. Although I don't believe Cech is better than either De Gea or Courtois at this moment, he is still quite good. Been solid in each Arsenal game I've watched this season (other than the season opener).

Is there some kind of metric that measures how many goals a keeper prevented per game? Real chances stopped, you know? The save stat itself is often pretty useless. I mean, that shot from thirty yards out straight at the man was never going in, let's be honest.
