Luck is part of the game is it not? Injuries or not, if you prepare well enough in a knockout tournament you can get through with a 1-0 over two legs. Even finish 1-1 with away goal can get you through. Blaming injuries does not justify anything. At the end of the day Wegner is in charge of his training routines and also on charge of adding depth to the squad. Barcelona has an incredibly shaky defense.

Not really sad about the draw, it could have been much easier but at least Juve-PSG the most matured teams of second pot were avoided...

Paris Saint-Germain, France 2 111

Gent - Wolfsburg : 30/70 I think Gent might surprise more than a few, but still Wolfsburg to go through. Wolfsburg squad has more quality and experience, it should be enough.

Roma - Real : 20/80 I know Real have been struggling a little but I can't picture them going out this early.

PSG - Chelsea : 60/40 Tough one, especially if Chelsea gets back on form (they still have a squad full of talent). And lots of time big teams that are in poor form domestically make up for it on other competition so... That being said it would be silly not to put PSG as favorites for now (they have been playing extremely well! :) )

Arsenal - Barcelona : 25/75 Arsenal has a shot (some of Ozil's magic + Alexis giving all his got against former club + a bit of luck). Barca will obviously score more than once in 180minutes so Arsenal's attack needs to be clinical here if they want to go through! That being said, Barca is still the title holder and the favorite for UCL title win (with Bayern).

Juventus - Bayern : 35/65 Bayern have been playing incredibly well this season, but never underestimate an italien side (especially Juventus). For me they are the best at making good teams play bad. This will be a very interesting game tactically speaking!

PSV - Atletico : 20/80 Atletico shouldn't have to much trouble here, PSV's attack will find it really hard to score goals against them.

Benfica - Zénit : 30/70 Zenit is in better form but Benfica has a lot of experience in this competition so they shouldn't underestimate them! Still i'll give the advantage to Zénit.

Kiev - City : 20/80 Finally a break for City. Kiev is obviously not a bad team but City squad has to much quality in comparaison. And even though they some how always mess things up a some points, i don't see them letting this one go.

Man, how unlucky can a club be? Full squad or not full squad, the least team you wanna face this moment is Barcelona and BM... and Arsenal keeps getting this kind.

Actually Juventus have only themselves to blame, they could have drawn Kiev instead, they lost stupid points in groupstage. After ending second, they had 5 chances out of 8 to have a very complicated draw and playing second leg away.
The first place of groupstage this season looks like a one step in quarters except for Chelsea.

Gent - Wolfsburg
Roma - Real
PSG - Chelsea Chelsea will probably want to avenge last year's loss.
Arsenal - Barcelona I have a strong feeling that this is Wenger's year. Arsenal have the squad. Can they stay healthy?
Juventus - Bayern
PSV - Atletico
Benfica- Zenit
Kiev - City

I am actually happy I will see us vs a strong team. I dont want weaker drawings for my team even if its one of our worse seasons this year :). Actually gutted that we got PSG and not RM, if the round Goddess wasn't such a bitch we would be facing RM which I wanted to play vs with much more not because I believe its stronger either weaker but because I like my team to face TOP sides of other leagues and see how strong we are each season.
